For today’s good news, Lil Wayne makes a real difference & visits the Children’s Hospital in New Orleans.

Well here’s a great story that probably won’t get the attention it should. Out of the kindness of his own heart, Lil Wayne decided to make a stop at the Children Hospital in New Orleans recently, and visit a kid (named Kiron) who was shot back on December 9^th and was paralyzed from the waist down after having a bullet stuck in his spine.

“Wayne visited Children’s Hospital of New Orleans the day after Christmas while he was at home for the holidays,” a rep reportedly told XXL. “The purpose of the visit wasn’t for any special reason or for publicity. He just had it on his heart to visit these kids in hopes to brighten up their holiday a little more.”
