Most people at some point have had to play detective with an item they ordered online, and which has since gone AWOL.
While a bit of sleuthing can occasionally be fun, it may soon be a thing of the past, thanks to a trial Amazon are quietly rolling out.
The online retail giant have recently completed their Amazon Logistics Photo On Delivery programme in the US, and will be carrying it out in the UK.
How it works is the delivery driver will take a photo of your front door to help you find packages left by Amazon employees.
