Comedian Shiggy, star of The Shiggy Show, started the whole dance challenge on Instagram.
Shiggy appeared on Drake’s Instagram Tuesday morning as they partied in Los Angeles. Drake said, “Oh my goodness. Man got me a Number One record today. Oh my God.”
Shiggy joked on his Instagram that Drake owed him a check.
