7th Floor Clothing is a streetwear brand started by childhood friends Preston Clark and Frank Miller III in 2016. The brand got it’s first big break when Lebron James posted 2 pictures on instagram wearing an un-official Cavs championship hat called “Kiss The Trophy” created by the brand which propelled them from being locally known to having worldwide sales.

7th Floor Clothing has since been featured in The New York Times, Forbes and USA Today to name a few. The brand got another boost in 2018 when they partnered with tech giant Ebay in a pilot program called “Retail Revival”. Ebay featured 7th Floor Clothing in a series of advertisements and also invited the co-founders to it’s headquarters in Silicon Valley. The Ebay partnership also propelled Clark and Miller to open a retail location in their hometown of Akron, Ohio located in the Northside Marketplace.

Aside from all the success of the brand, the two entrepreneurs also started a youth mentorship program called 7th Floor Academy. Through the academy, 7th Floor visits schools, accepts interns and even mentor adults from time to time. 7th Floor Academy was created to nurture the talents of the youth and to aid them into someday becoming future leaders and entrepreneurs themselves. Recently Clark and Miller released a music project called “Go Be Great: The 7th Floor Story”. The project features positive influential music that tells the story of how they went from dreaming to becoming successful businessmen.
