This is insane that men have an obsession with a womans body, and using the bible to try and stop women from having abortions. If Roe vs Wade is overturned than states will be affected everywhere to place their own abortions laws into order. Ohio did say they would have strict limitations on abortions, and set their own regulations on the procedure.
According to the Attorney General Dave Yost, a Republican, said the six-week ban known as the “heartbeat bill” was stopped by a federal court because of the Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey rulings that upheld abortion rights.
“If Roe and Casey do in fact get overturned, then I would anticipate that we would move to lift that stay and that law passed by the general assembly would become effective,” Yost said.
Theres no word if DeWine would place a complete ban on abortion, stating that he would wait to see what the Supreme Court would do, before moving any further.
