For one to truly self discover who they are, they must first discover where they come from.
As a black person one is always taught we are from slaves, and slavery is the history of black people but that is not the case.
In fact black people history coincides with African history. For example did you know that there was a African Emperor of Rome, named Luicious Septimius Severus.
Yup according to history and wikipedia he was the Roman emperor from 193 to 211. He was born in Leptis Magna, which is now present day Libya, it was than a Roman province of Africa.
Due to the background of his family he is the first emperor that has non Italian origin.
