November the 9th is a national day like any other day.
But my guess is many are not going to be too happy that today is National Scrapple Day, and you’re wondering like what is scrapple.
Well it is pork scrapings, or trimmings with cornmeal, seasonings, all put together to be cooked and called scrapple.
Its clear where the name comes from. So when you have time if you enjoy eating pork, you should also enjoy yourself some scrapple.
Whats in scrapple to get more figurative, parts of the heart, liver, head, and other trimmings.
To some it may be tasty to others pork is a huge no no!
